It is a condition of this agreement that:

  1. M & J Engineering shall use the information supplied by you as shown in the specifications for propeller design attached hereto and M & J shall not be liable for any loss or expenditure incurred or suffered by you in the propeller performance.
     
  2. M & J shall not be responsible for any delay of delivery of materials and parts beyond its control or due to inclement weather, explosion, earthquakes, strikes, lightning or civil disturbance.
     
  3. A deposit of one quarter of the quote price shall be paid on placement of order and the balance on delivery.
